Mortimer Village Receives it's 3rd Defib (Feb 2017)

Tadley Community First Responder Sue Liddiard and Mortimer Village Partnership's Danusia Morsley show the location of Mortimer's 3rd defibrillator installed at the Mortimer Surgery in Victoria Road.  The other two devices located in Mortimer are at the Horse and Groom Pub and Sansome and George Estate Agents.

 

Barclays Bank Xmas Collection (2016)

Barclays Bank in Tadley hosted a Xmas Collection on our behalf which started on the 8 December 2016.  Free "stocking filler" goodies were on display for everyone to help themselves!  Staff and customers at the Bank raised a generous £400 during the period.

Tadley Singers - December 2016

On the 3rd of December 2016 a Carol Singing event was held at the memorial Hall in Pamber Heath performed by the Tadley Singers who raised the astonishing sum of £830 in support of our scheme.  We wish to extend our sincere thanks and wish everyone a very Happy Xmas and Peaceful New Year.

A good time was had by all both responders and members of the public with freebies to give away and equipment to practice on.

 

A fantastic cheque from Helping Hands in Tadley

The team from Tadley's Helping Hands charity very kindly donated a cheque for £2,000 for us in May 2014 this helped us buy and install another defibrillator at the Hurst Leisure Centre in Baughurst.

2014 saw our first Public Access Defibrilator installed at the Community Centre in Tadley to great acclaim. The Mayor of Basingstoke joined us in our celebrations as well as members of Loddon Valley Lions who had rasied the money for our first unit.
